The taste and quality of our burgers speak for themselves, freshly made by our skilled butcher from 100% chuck steak with zero additives or preservatives and sourced from traditionally reared, pure bred Northumbrian beef. Cooked to order and served in a rich Brioche bun with fresh salad and great sauces.
A real taste of our food heritage, brisket is cured in a low-salt brine then gently simmered, the result is tender, succulent and delicious salt beef. Versatile and delicious however served, but fantastic piled high with mustard and pickles.
The foundation of our menu is Northumbrian beef from sustainable farms, prepared with zero additives by our skilled butchers. Our bread is baked by local artisanal bakers. We believe that if everyone made small changes the impact would be huge, so though we are just a small company all our packaging is made from recycled materials and is compostable, all waste including oils is recycled where possible and our generator is converted to LPG to lower CO2 and noise emissions.
